Key got stuck in an old mortise lock, engineer drilled out cylinder and done a manual repair on the mortise cartridge due to parts availability replacement not possible. After waiting 10 days for another auto locksmith company, who couldn’t even identify the fault and told me it would take hours to fix and cost over £400, I decided to call Eydens Locksmiths.

They sent Pat, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with my ignition within minutes, clearly explained the problem, and had it repaired in under an hour.

The difference in service compared to the previous company was unbelievable. What I had been told would take hours and cost hundreds more was resolved quickly and efficiently by Pat.
