How it works
Lost or broken your last car key? It’s not a problem. Every car key has a unique code or key number which is supplied by the car dealer. This code gives us all the information we need to carry out an exact cut for the key. Every car has a unique key to operate its locks and no two vehicles have the same cut in the key, so this number is important, however, if you’ve lost this piece of information, all is not lost.
If the number cannot be obtained from your dealer our team can decode the lock without the need to remove the lock from the vehicle. This is all carried out by our professionally trained team and will cause no damage to your vehicle.

Testing your new key
In store or with our mobile service, we test the key in all of your vehicle locks to ensure the work, and we can remove a lock if necessary.
Programming your new key
This is why you need a mobile service. The transponder chip in your car key, that deactivates your immobiliser will need to be reprogrammed to your vehicle one it is replaced. We have the equipment to do that on site. Read more
