Eydens Loyalty Card T&Cs.
The Eydens Loyalty Card is available to all UK residents aged 18. It entitles Eydens Loyalty Card Holders to purchase any products in store (Eydens Locksmiths and Security, 42-44 Wallace Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV6 2LX at discounted prices to be determined by Eydens Locksmiths and Security ((Eydens)).
The Loyalty Card is personal to the individual named on the card and cannot be copied, transferred or used by any other person.
In order for qualifying for special prices or discounts as promoted, the Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase.
The Loyalty Card can only be used for in-store purchase only.
You confirm that the information that you provided to us when applying for the Loyalty Card was and remains true and accurate and that you will notify Eydens in writing of any change to these details. Eydens Locksmiths and Security cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or undeliverable mail in any media.
If the Loyalty Card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be issued upon presentation of acceptable proof of identity.
Eydens reserves the right to decline to issue a Loyalty Card for any good reason.
Refunds on Products will only be available at the original price paid by the Loyalty Card Holder. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Eydens Lowest Price Guarantee is available on the Products. If Loyalty Card Holders can buy the same Product cheaper within 7 (seven) days and within 20 (twenty) miles of the store, Eydens will match the price. Excludes internet and mail orders. The Loyalty Card Holder must provide evidence of the cheaper price to qualify for this offer.
Subject to these terms, Loyalty Card Holders are automatically eligible for a number of periodic offers which will be exclusively for Loyalty card holders (“Holder Offers”). By applying for the Loyalty Card, holders agree that Eydens can contact them about Offers and with other promotional offers.
Eydens reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw the terms of the Eydens Loyalty Card at any time. Wherever possible, Eydens will provide you with advance notice of any such changes. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and any changes to them if, after receiving a copy of the terms or any notice of a change to them, you continue to use your Loyalty Card or utilise Holder Offers.
In relation to your personal data, Eydens is the Data Controller. Eydens will use the information that you supply on the Loyalty Card application form, together with information relating to your transactions and purchases, for the purposes of administering the Loyalty Card and also for statistical analysis. Additionally, we believe that there is legitimate interest in us also using your details to send you news about special events, offers and promotions relating to the Loyalty Card service which you have actively chosen to join.

These terms and conditions replace all previous versions, are correct as of fill in date when uploaded and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. Loyalty Card Holders who continue to participate in the scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
